Just a quick heads-up to announce the release of a new build of The Muscular Bunny Girls (...)

Indeed, build 1.0.4 contains some fixes to the following :

  • Rebalancing of some minigames (Breastsmother and Headscissors) to make them slightly easier.
  • Reducing the timer on the Escape Room minigame so that player waits a shorter amount of time to meet failure conditions (3 minutes reduced to 2 minutes).
  • Fixed the message box visibility. Press Spacebar during gameplay to make the message box disappear. Press it again to make it re-appear.

Spacebar fix seems wonky when you load a save? Loading an old save it did not work at all, but fresh game start it works perfect. Testing with an early game scene, it works flawlessly with a new game start, but then loading a save after that it is inconsistent for spacebar working or not. Might just be an issue with Renpy itself?

Minigames still feel just as hard on the 4th success in practice mode, though that might be down to needing to use a laptop instead of my desktop keyboard this week.

I've noticed that the spacebar does not seem to work the first time you tap on it, but should work fine toggling the dialog box visibility afterwards, so it is admittedly a bit wonky in that regard. Also, the parallel command for this spacebar thing is launched at the beginning of a given scene, so loading an older save bringing you in the middle of an ongoing scene might explain why it doesn't work. Given the tools I am working with (not Ren'py, although I should totally get to it eventually), this is the best I can currently do. My apologies.

As for the minigames, my original intent is still to make the player struggle, since those are not supposed to be easy victories. Those women are strong, after all! So I adjusted some settings to make them easier in comparison to what they were before, but I still deliberately want them to be a little difficult. I don't think I will lower the difficulty beyond a certain threshold.

You did a great job overall, and "A little off" beats some of the "I have physically hurt my wrist because a porn game maker wants mega mashing in their game 'or it would be too easy'" results I have seen. I also have odd luck with bugs devs thought they fixed years ago, so for what little you had being easy fixes and mostly working, that is still very solid results.
